Arlene Schilke
Director of Events

Arlene is the founder of Timewise and is responsible for the on-going operations and management of our events. She oversees all event planning aspects of our projects, including the development of detailed critical paths to keep us within the required timelines. She provides guidance and direction to our event coordinators to ensure excellence in the provision of our services.

Arlene's twenty years of experience in event planning, customer service and the hospitality industry are essential to the success of our events. She has the unique ability to establish a strong rapport with both clients and service providers. Arlene is an incessant reader with a keen interest in future trends. She has a background in Bachelor of Arts studies at the University of Manitoba and actively pursues continuing education in event planning. She is in the final stages of receiving her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation which is the event planning industry�s highest certification. Arlene's main areas of expertise on the Timewise team are project management, staffing, budgets and timelines, event materials, speaker coordination and on-site management.

Brent Taylor, CMP
Director of Event Supports

Brent is responsible for our day-to-day business operations and the supports required for our projects. In addition to event planning, he has over sixteen years experience working as an audio visual technician, professional cameraman and technical producer. He provides support to our projects where required to ensure high standards and successful completion of the deliverables. He is a perfectionist and creative problem-solver who is able to work well under pressure.

Brent is the 2009/2010 President of the Edmonton Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI). MPI is the world's largest association of professional event planners and suppliers. Brent is one in only a handful of planners in Alberta who has successfully secured his CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation. He is also an honours graduate of the Audio Visual Communications program at Grant MacEwan University and is in the final stages of completing his Bachelor of Arts degree. Brent's main areas of expertise on the Timewise team are with project supports, audio visual and technologies, web design, supplier negotiations, and day-to-day operations of the company.

Stephanie Moizard
Event Coordinator

Stephanie is one of our Event Coordinators responsible for coordinating the logistics for our projects. She works under the supervision of our Director of Events to ensure all aspects of our events are carried through to completion. Fluent in both French and English, she is able to offer bilingual services to clients and event participants. She is a graduate, with distinction from the Bachelor of Hotel and Resort Management program at the University of Calgary.
